  The wait time at the drive-thru keeps getting longer and longer each time I go. I spent 30 minutes there and no way to abort decision since you're held prisoner there until the cars upfront move. You're literally trapped there.

  Terrible food, just terrible. Cleanliness is also a problem in this restaurant. Management please improve your service overall.

  Iwas a happy Customer until i had a real bad experience with one order . I orderd panchos and in not picky mistakes hapend . But this day was just over the top the lettuce was raw and the the avocado was just nasty i had asked for extra meat and they forgot to put it in. I called back the lady discussed her self and gaved me free panchos for next time. The problem with the next time i was their they had no memory of this order i even spooked with the one that took my order and she swernd it wasent her . Completly fake they had me calling for 2 day because they had to speek to the person in that other shift . Finally i got someone how said ok. Then i went up to Carolina for a month with my husband i come back and now i cant get them because u only have 3 days to clame a order WTFFFF !!!! I was never told this !!!! This is completely bullll if i was like other people I can't sue and get a lot more out of this than just ugly looks by the cashiers if they have jobs its because of paying customers like me im never going back !!!! Good food makes customers happy and keeps a good business running. Not ripping people of serving raw food and bad service.
